- Assist in developing layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
- Develop space planning aligned with design and user needs
- Collaborate with senior designers on FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) selection
- Research ergonomic solutions, acoustic treatments and sustainable materials
- Prepare presentations and documentation for client meetings and approvals
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent
- Conduct site visits and assist with installation oversight ensuring design intent is carried into the construction
- Stay updated on new trends and tech integration
- 0–2 years of experience, ideally in commercial or workplace interiors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
- Strong understanding of furniture systems, finishes, and building codes
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Passion for creating inclusive, flexible and human-centric design
