Key Role & Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Plan, script, and create short-form and long-form content (reels, explainer videos, blogs, posts, carousels). Use storytelling structures (Hook Problem Solution
- CTA) to grab and retain attention.
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar with a balance of evergreen, trending, and campaign-driven content.
Social Media Algorithms & Growth
- Stay updated with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platform algorithms.
- Optimize content using the right hooks, thumbnails, captions, and posting schedules.
- Run experiments and A/B testing to improve engagement and retention.
Trendspotting & Adaptation
- Identify new trends, formats, and engagement styles.
- Adapt them into brand-relevant and original content.
Video Production & Editing
- Shoot and edit reels, short videos, and informative content.
- Use tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or any editing software.
- Add essential elements (subtitles, transitions, audio, overlays) to improve video impact.
Community & Collaboration
- Research and connect with niche influencers or collaborators when needed.
- Engage with the online community (comments, DMs, shares).
- Create interactive formats (polls, Q&A, micro-series) to boost engagement.
Social Account Management
- Manage and grow accounts with 10K+ followers.
- Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity.
- Support marketing campaigns with engaging and conversion-friendly content.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: reach, engagement, watch time, retention, follower growth, CTR.
- Share weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Benchmark against competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
Must To Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms & engagement signals.
- Ability to write scripts, captions, and stories that hold attention.
- Proficiency in basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Experience in content planning and execution.
- Knowledge of analytics and optimization strategies.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
