Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
- Maintain office records and manage documentation.
- Ensure proper upkeep of the institute's facilities and infrastructure.
- Academic Coordination:
- Support faculty and students with administrative needs.
- Financial Administration:
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Handle procurement and vendor management.
- Ensure timely collection of fees and other payments.
- Compliance & Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with educational and institutional regulations.
- Liaise with government bodies and accreditation agencies as needed.
- Communication & Public Relations:
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders including parents, students, and vendors.
- Technology & Data Management:
- Ensure the proper functioning of IT and administrative systems.
- Maintain and update student and staff records.
- Implement data security and confidentiality policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
