Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Architect with 3–4 years of professional experience to support our design and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural principles, excellent CAD drafting skills, and the ability to produce high-quality 3D visualizations. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, and a proactive attitude toward learning are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive 2D documentation using AutoCAD and 3D models using SketchUp.
- Prepare reports and documentation efficiently.
- Understand and respond to emails professionally.
- Coordinate with senior architects and structural engineers on project deliverables.
- Handle client communication with clarity and professionalism.
- Manage tasks effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong commitment, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all project-related work.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in architectural or interior design practices.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Draughtsmanship, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong English communication skills – both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with teams.
- Good learning attitude and willingness to adopt new tools and methods.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
