Job Title: Junior Garment Merchandiser

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Garment Merchandiser to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in garment merchandising, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders
- Monitor the entire order process from sampling to shipment
- Follow up with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate records of product specifications, production status, and approvals
- Handle costing, price negotiations, and order confirmations
- Ensure product quality standards and buyer requirements are met
- Assist in market research and sourcing of raw materials/fabrics as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing, Textile Engineering, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in garment merchandising
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes and fabrics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and communication tools
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
