Job Title: Junior Auditor – Hospital
Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in healthcare auditing or hospital finance
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Auditor with a strong background in hospital finance and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency through regular audits and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Audits
- Conduct internal audits of billing, claims, and financial transactions
- Verify documentation for insurance claims and patient billing
- Identify discrepancies, revenue leakages, or fraud risks
- Process Compliance & Improvement
- Evaluate hospital policies and adherence to SOPs
- Ensure compliance with NABH or other healthcare standards
- Recommend improvements for operational efficiency
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare audit reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with the accounts, billing, and medical records teams
- Present findings to senior management regularly
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle and billing systems
- Expertise in MS Excel and audit tools
- High attention to detail and analytical ability
- Familiarity with statutory and regulatory norms in healthcare
