Position: Jr. Architect
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with a B.Arch degree to join our team. You will be involved in designing, planning, and coordinating architectural projects with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for approvals
- Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools
- Good knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
