· Receive the inbound calls, Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes, suggest suitable Airline and assist the passenger to book the Air ticket.
· Organize travels from beginning to end, through helping booking tickets.
· Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel tips
· Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to itinerary.
· Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
· Create and update electronic records of clients
· Maintain relationships with key persons
· Reach the revenue and profit targets
Requirements and skills...
Fluency in ENGLISH
· Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
· Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
· Demonstrable ability to handle crises

- Salary: 21000 to 25000 CTC/month
