Job Title: Jewellery Retail Sales Executive

Experience Required: 1–5 years (preferably in jewellery or luxury retail)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery items
- Provide detailed product information including material, pricing, and features
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, billing, and after-sales service
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Assist in inventory checks and stock maintenance
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Stay updated with current jewellery trends and collections
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented with the ability to meet targets
- Presentable appearance with a customer-first approach
- Basic knowledge of jewellery types (training may be provided)
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage

Working Hours:
- Shift timing: [e.g., 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm]
- Weekly off between Monday and Thursday (rotational)

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
