Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Java Spring Boot Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Java, Spring Boot framework, and hands-on experience in backend development and RESTful API integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and deliver training modules on Core Java, OOPs, Collections, JDBC, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Provide hands-on coding sessions and real-time project guidance.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and final project assessments.
- Guide students in minor and major projects, ensuring industry relevance.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and integrate them into the training curriculum.
- Conduct periodic doubt-clearing sessions, mock interviews, and project reviews.
- Maintain training documentation, progress reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Java (8 or higher) and Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with Hibernate, JPA, REST APIs, Maven/Gradle, and Git.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Exposure to Microservices Architecture and deployment tools (Docker, Jenkins) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or a related field.
- Additional certification in Java / Spring Boot is a plus.
Compensation:
Based on qualifications and experience. (Mention if stipend/fixed/monthly/hourly etc.)
