Required Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Struts 2.5 and above; experience with migration from Struts 1.x to 2.5 is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and memory leaks.
- Mandatory experience in solution design and architectural planning.
- Experience working on migration projects is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated capability in managing client stakeholders are required.
