Job Title: Java Architect
Location: Chennai (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Architect to lead solution design and development initiatives in enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural experience, deep expertise in cloud platforms, and hands-on knowledge of modern backend technologies. The role is targeted at professionals with a proven track record in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain and capable of delivering scalable, high-performance applications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Total Experience: Minimum 12 years in Java-based application development
- Architecture Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Java Architect role
- BFSI Domain Exposure: At least 2 years of experience working in BFSI projects (mandatory)
- Cloud Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience with any of the following:
- OpenShift
- PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry)
- AWS
- Azure
- Oracle Cloud
- Core Technical Expertise:
- Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
- RESTful APIs
- Microservices Architecture
- Event streaming platforms (Kafka or equivalent)
- Best Practices:
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps processes
- Application security, scalability, and performance tuning
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Team mentoring and solution ownership
Additional Notes:
- Candidates with frequent job changes (without valid reasons) will not be considered.
- The role is strictly Work from Office (Chennai); no hybrid or remote options.
- Candidates who meet the core skillset and domain experience will be prioritized for interviews.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹3,700,000.00 per year
