• Job Role: Responsible for fitting, assembling, and installing mechanical parts and machinery based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Qualification: ITI certification in Fitter trade from a recognized institute (NCVT/SCVT).
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in mechanical fitting, assembly, or maintenance work (freshers can apply).
• Skills Required: Knowledge of tools and machines, ability to read blueprints, basic welding/grinding, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
• Work Environment: Factory/shop floor setting; may require shift work, physical stamina, and use of protective gear.
