Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
- Provide first-level technical support to internal users (troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues).
- Monitor and report on system performance and IT operations.
- Help maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and user manuals.
- Support the setup of new employee workstations and user accounts.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and audits.
- Assist in ensuring data security, backups, and recovery protocols are followed.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ponneri, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
