IT Recruiter – Niche Hiring Specialist (ResDex & Boolean Search)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven IT Recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for hard-to-fill, niche technical roles. You’ll leverage ResDex resume database expertise and craft precise Boolean search strings to unearth passive candidates across diverse IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized IT roles (DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud)
- Design targeted Boolean search strings across ResDex, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms
- Screen, engage, and assess passive candidates via phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, skill matrices, and hiring timelines
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health)
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies using data insights and market trends
- Attend industry meetups, tech conferences, and university events to network with niche talent
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of IT recruitment experience, with proven success in niche hiring
- Deep expertise in ResDex (or equivalent resume database) for resume mining and segmentation
- Mastery of Boolean search logic (AND, OR, NOT, proximity, wildcards) across multiple sourcing platforms
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and integrating ResDex outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to educate hiring teams on market realities
- Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting dashboards and optimizing based on KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field
- Certification in technical recruiting or sourcing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter) is a plus
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging tech stacks and niche skills in cloud, data, cybersecurity, and AI

Pay: ₹10,077.84 - ₹12,000.00 per month
