Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using various platforms and creative recruitment strategies
Review resumes and shortlist candidates for IT roles
Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build rapport with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with IT recruitment is a plus
Strong time management and multitasking ability
Comfortable conducting phone interviews
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
