- Experience of End to End Technical Recruitment. Good understanding of IT Technologies.
- Manage the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and conducting background checks.
- Maintain open and proactive lines of candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience for all, regardless of the outcome of their application
- Strong influencer, ability to influence candidates throughout the hiring process to promote a successful outcome, pre-empting and acting on candidate hesitation or queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills, technical expertise and attention to detail are key in this customer-focused role
- Facilitated interview process and coordinating with hiring team.
- Excellent Communication in English
