Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Offer Management: Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Communication Till End Process of Support Fixed: Coordinate and Schedule Meetings with Client till they are Satisfied to continue the Support.
- Other Works Assigned By Lead and Superiors
