We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in hardware & software troubleshooting, network management, and providing technical support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, printers, and other IT assets.
- Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and system security.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement or repair.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and basic server management.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Basic understanding of cyber security protocols.
