Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to manage and support the technology infrastructure for our construction operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems management, ERP, networking, and user support, with specific experience in the construction or infrastructure domain. This role requires hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to manage IT needs across multiple project sites and head office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support day-to-day IT operations across sites and offices.
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot networks, servers, and systems (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers, etc.).
- Oversee installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to staff, including system troubleshooting and training.
- Manage and support ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP, etc.) used in construction project management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure procurement and maintenance.
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and cyber security protocols are in place and updated regularly.
- Implement and maintain site connectivity (VPN, cloud access, etc.) for remote construction sites.
- Assist in IT budgeting, asset tracking, and documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–10 years of IT experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Hands-on experience with hardware, software, networking, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with project-based IT support across multiple locations/sites.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera, Revit, or construction-related software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
