Position: IT Executive
Location: Surat (Gamezone – VIP Road, Vesu)
Experience: 1–3 years in IT support/maintenance (entertainment, retail, or hospitality preferred)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance & Support:
- Manage and troubleshoot desktop systems, POS machines, printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, biometric systems, CCTV, and servers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all technical systems used in game operations, billing, and customer experience.
- Gaming & Entertainment Equipment IT Support:
- Assist in setup, software updates, and maintenance of arcade machines, bowling systems, simulators, and other tech-enabled attractions.
- Data Backup & Security:
- Regularly back up critical data and ensure data security across all systems.
- Monitor and maintain antivirus and firewall protection.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with external IT and hardware vendors for installations, repairs, and AMC.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide timely tech support to team members and train staff on basic tech usage.
- Asset Management & Documentation:
- Maintain inventory of all IT assets and ensure timely AMC renewals and warranty tracking.
Key Skills Required:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, networking, LAN/WAN
- Experience with CCTV, POS, and biometric systems
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1+ years of relevant IT support experience (entertainment/hospitality preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
