Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hotel systems, including PMS, POS, and booking engines.
- Ensure stable internet connectivity for both guests and staff by managing Wi-Fi and network infrastructure.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure systems can be restored in case of failure.
- Implement and monitor IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection protocols.
- Install and maintain IT equipment, such as computers, printers, phones, and surveillance systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for software updates, hardware purchases, and technical support.
- Document IT procedures, inventory, and incident reports for future reference and audits.
- Support audio/visual setups and IT needs for conferences, meetings, and events.
- Provide basic IT training to hotel staff to improve efficiency and reduce common errors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
