Navrasa Fine Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed name in the fine jewellery industry, known for exquisite craftsmanship and timeless designs. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Invoicing Executive to join our accounts & finance team in Jaipur.
Position Overview
The Invoicing Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s billing and invoicing operations using Tally Prime Software, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing. The role requires a keen eye for detail to validate all bill entries before final submission and advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices accurately in Tally Prime software.
- Validate and cross-check all billing entries and supporting documents before posting in the system.
- Maintain and update invoice records and support documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals and clarifications.
- Manage invoice tracking and reconciliation of accounts receivables.
- Generate periodic reports in Excel using advanced functions like VLOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company invoicing policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in monthly closing and reporting tasks as required.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, and accounting operations.
- Software Expertise: Proficient in Tally Prime and Advanced Excel functions.
- Detail-oriented with strong validation and data-checking skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Should be able to join immediately.
- Preference will be given to local Jaipur-based candidates.
