We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Robotics Intern with hands-on experience in Robotics, Electronics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and Soldering to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical exposure to robotics and electronics while working on real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise soldering on PCBs and electronic components (SMT and through-hole).
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions accurately.
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and robotic modules.
- Inspect solder joints to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards (e.g., IPC).
- Repair and rework defective or damaged components as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in quality control, testing, and documentation of electronic assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to enhance designs and processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in manual soldering (both SMT and through-hole).
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and soldering techniques.
- Ability to operate soldering irons, hot air stations, and related tools.
- Good troubleshooting skills for identifying and fixing defects in circuits.
- Excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and dexterity.
- Familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and embedded systems is an added advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn, contribute, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
