Role Overview
Drive B2B sales in global markets. Handle inbound leads, do outbound prospecting, send quotations, negotiate, close orders, and coordinate exports with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from IndiaMART/Alibaba/website/WhatsApp/email.
- Prospect new buyers via LinkedIn, directories, and trade portals; build a qualified pipeline.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and basic product decks.
- Negotiate pricing, Incoterms (EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP), MOQs, and payment terms (TT/LC).
- Coordinate order processing with operations: HS codes, documents, packing list, courier/freight.
- Track shipments and share updates; handle after-sales queries.
- Maintain CRM/Google Sheets: leads, follow-ups, status, and weekly reports.
- Meet monthly revenue and collection targets.
Must-Have Skills
- Clear written & spoken English; professional email/WhatsApp etiquette.
- Strong follow-up discipline and negotiation skills.
- Basic export knowledge (Incoterms, HS code, quotations, PI, invoices).
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in medical devices/pharma/surgical supplies export.
- Familiarity with IndiaMART LMS, Alibaba, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of international markets (CIS, Africa, Middle East, USA/EU).
Qualifications
- Graduate (Any discipline; Commerce/Business preferred).
- 0–3 years of B2B sales/export experience (freshers with strong skills may apply).
KPIs (Simple)
- Qualified leads added per week.
- Quotes sent within 24 hours & follow-ups on schedule.
- Conversion rate and monthly booked revenue.
- DSO (days to collect payment) and repeat-order rate.
- CRM accuracy and on-time reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
