• Job Title:* International Sales & Chat Representative

• *Job Time* 9PM to 7PM

*Job Responsibilities:*

• - Engage with *international customers* via chat to drive sales and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• - Understand customer needs and recommend *appropriate lab-grown diamond jewellery* products.
• - Close sales and process orders efficiently.
• - Provide *exceptional customer service* and resolve inquiries professionally.
• - Track and manage customer interactions using *CRM software and other E-comm portals*.
• - Stay updated on *product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends*.
• - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

### *Qualifications & Skills:*

• - *Bachelor’s degree* in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• - Proven experience in *sales or customer service*.
• - Strong *written and verbal communication skills*.
• - Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• - Experience with *CRM software or Etsy and other E-commerce portals* is a plus.
• - *Multilingual proficiency* is an advantage.
• - Ability to work in a *fast-paced environment*.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
