Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in international markets
- Promote company products and services with strong persuasive communication
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle objections effectively and convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
- Provide timely reports and updates on sales performance

- Strong verbal communication and convincing sales pitch abilities
- Proven track record in international outbound voice-based sales
- Ability to thrive under pressure and achieve aggressive sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO – Voice Sales if undergraduate
- Employment Gap: Not exceeding 6 months post last employment
- Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in continuous night shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
