Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Representatives with prior experience in voice or blended processes. This hybrid role requires handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring quick resolution, and maintaining service excellence. Candidates must have at least 6 months of relevant experience in customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve queries effectively
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Follow established communication guidelines, policies, and quality standards
Deliver excellent customer experience in every interaction
Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in blended or voice customer support (international or domestic)
Strong verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekoffs including weekends and holidays
Residing in or willing to relocate to Pune
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred
Ability to remain calm and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
