We are hiring for B-to-B E-commerce Process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers’ needs are satisfied.
- Be proactive and take initiative to explore and learn about the product that we offer
- Understand standard operation procedures and delivery services that is according to the quality standards set by the company

9:00 am to 6:00 pm
10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Experience: 6 months
Good communication skills of Hindi ,English and Bengali
Must have knowledge of Excel and word
