We are hiring for our International Chat Process team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess a flair for upselling, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat with a focus on first-time resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Identify customer needs and upsell relevant services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat or Live Chat Support.
- Freshers and Domestic BPO experience will not be considered.
- Strong command of written English and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with rotational night shifts and rotational week offs (5 days working).
- Should be a Graduate or Undergraduate (dropouts accepted).
- 2-way cab facility available (within 25–30 km from office).
