Job Overview
We are actively hiring experienced International BPO professionals for our Collections (US Voice Process). This is a work-from-home opportunity for Mumbai-based candidates only.
Key Requirements
- ✅ Minimum 1 year of International BPO voice experience (US process preferred).
- ✅ Strong experience in Collections process.
- ✅ Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
- ✅ Must be Mumbai-based (company assets provided – desktop only, no laptops).
- ✅ Must keep camera ON during working hours.
- ✅ Comfortable with US night shifts.
Work Schedule
- Fixed US shifts:
- 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM OR
- 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM
- Weekends off.
- 1st Saturday of every month – half-day working.
- Total working hours: 10 hours (9 hrs login + 1 hr break).
