Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform regular audits across departments to evaluate internal controls and compliance.
- Examine financial statements, ledgers, and other records to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Identify potential risks or irregularities and report them with actionable recommendations.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all financial activities are in compliance with legal and internal policy standards.
- Coordinate and support external audits, including documentation and process facilitation.
- Recommend ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk through better control systems.
Required Education & Experience
Education:
- B.Com / M.Com
- CA Inter or CMA Inter (Preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of practical knowledge in accounting or auditing.
- Experience in NGOs or charitable institutions will be an added advantage.
