We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at interior fit-out project sites. You will be the key person in charge of on-site coordination, ensuring timely execution and quality control.
1. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, POP, and painting works.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, labor teams, and contractors.
- Interpret and execute interior design drawings and layouts.
- Monitor material usage, ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure high-quality work as per design specs and client expectations.
- Prepare daily work reports, take site measurements, and update progress.
- Handle on-site challenges and resolve execution issues independently.
- Maintain site safety, discipline, and cleanliness.
2. Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in supervising residential/commercial interior projects.
- Good knowledge of civil, electrical, carpentry, modular furniture, and finishing work.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or WhatsApp reporting is a plus.
- Preferably having a 2-wheeler for site travel.
3. Education:
- ITI / Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, or related field
- OR strong on-site experience in interior fit-out projects
