- Plan and supervise all aspects of interior fit-outs including furniture, fixtures, lighting, partitions, flooring, and workspace ergonomics.
- Prepare layouts, floor plans, and project timelines in coordination with consultants or internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that all office interiors meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Source and manage vendors for materials, furniture, and services.
- Review and approve design proposals, material selections, and quotations.
- Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing office activities during renovation or installation work.
- Handle post-installation checks and quality assurance.
- Maintain documentation of contracts, approvals, and project reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior , Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in office interior or fit-out project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and building codes.
