- Meet with clients to understand their preferences, lifestyle, budget, and space requirements.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans in line with project objectives.
- Select color schemes, furniture, fabrics, lighting, wall finishes, flooring, and accessories.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and execution.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and project timelines.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure materials and furnishings within budget.
- Supervise on-site implementation to ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Adhere to safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance standards in design execution.
