Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to determine project goals, requirements, and budgets.
- Develop design concepts and present them through mood boards, sketches, 3D visualizations and Working Drawing in 2D.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings.
- Select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes in alignment with project specifications.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience (residential, commercial, or both).
- Strong portfolio showcasing past projects and design capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and design trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing full-cycle design projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable and green design principles.
- Membership or certification with design organizations is a plus.
