- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Create 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), lighting, and finishes.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits and oversee the installation and final styling.
- Stay current on design trends, materials, and technologies.
