Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new customer leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and sell life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, and other financial products to prospective clients.
- Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships for business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure policy closures.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and submit regular reports to the manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, competitors, and regulatory guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
