About the role

Role: Instructional Designer

In this role, you will:

• Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any stream preferably in Instructional Design, Education,
  
  Learning Sciences, or related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
  
  Work Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or learning development.
  
  Experience designing eLearning using authoring tools (e.g., Vyond, Articulate
  
  Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate).
  
  Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
  
  Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models
  
  (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  
  Experience working in a corporate or technical training environment preferred
