Role: Institutional Sales Executive (B2B Sales)

Key Responsibilities: -
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify potential institutional clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Sales Presentations and Sample Tasting
- Prepare and deliver compelling Institutional sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each client.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.
Sales Strategy and Business Development
- Develop and implement effective Institutional sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Create sales plans and set performance goals.
- Identify new markets, industries, and clients for sales.
- Analyze customer needs to optimize sales performance.
- Set and achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
Event Participation and Networking
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Build and expand professional networks to support business development efforts.
Negotiation & Closing
- Engage in negotiations and close sales deals to maximize revenue for the company
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the team.
What We’re Looking For:-
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or Marketing
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Willingness to travel
