Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of furniture installers at various project sites.
- Review and interpret installation drawings, site layouts, and client specifications.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and readiness of materials.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks for alignment, finish, and proper fitting of modular units.
- Resolve on-site issues related to layout, measurement mismatches, or missing parts.
- Maintain installation documentation including work logs, completion reports, and issue records.
- Train and guide new installers on installation techniques and safety practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and vendors during site visits or handovers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
