Job Title: CCTV & Access Control System Installer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technician to join our team as a CCTV & Access Control System Installer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems and access control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and commission CCTV cameras (IP & analog), DVRs/NVRs, and access control systems.
- Perform structured cabling, routing, and termination of network/data cables.
- Configure systems including setting up IP addresses, remote viewing access, and software integration.
- Mount and secure cameras, biometric devices, card readers, magnetic locks, and other security components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and system layouts.
- Conduct site surveys to determine installation requirements and recommend suitable system solutions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, service calls, and system upgrades.
- Train end-users on operating installed systems and provide support documentation.
- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients for timely project completion.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in CCTV and access control system installation preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CCTV technologies (IP/Analog), access control devices, and related software.
- Familiar with tools like cable testers, crimpers, power drills, and multimeters.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, LAN/WAN, and PoE.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Other: Willingness to travel to job sites; valid driver's license preferred.
Work Environment:
- On-site installation at various locations.
- May involve working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Requires physical fitness for lifting, climbing ladders, and handling tools/equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
