Role: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Andheri (E) - MIDC
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with potential customers for B2B sales, making outbound calls, and following up on leads
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
- Scheduling the appointment with Business development manager
- Research and reach out to customers for B2B
- Keeping up with service information and updates
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Up selling products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in sales and closing skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
