Job Description:
Kevell Global Solutions is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives (Office-Based) to join our in-house sales team. This is a non-field role focused on B2B client acquisition, lead conversion, and relationship management, all from within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential business clients and explain service offerings
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Convert leads into successful customer acquisitions
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the management
- Work closely with the team to strategize sales growth
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any degree
- Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English
- Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and email handling knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
