Inside Sales Executive (Female)

Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to handle lead qualification, telephonic sales, and revenue generation. The role involves active follow-ups and converting leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify prospects.
• Share product/service information and prepare sales proposals.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure a steady lead pipeline.
• Work closely with the field sales team to ensure closure of deals.

Employer Requirements (Mandatory Skillset):

• At least 1 year of telemarketing or inside sales experience.
• Good convincing power and ability to handle objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented personality.
