Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to promote:
- Travel packages
- Flight bookings
- Hotel reservations
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide end-to-end booking support
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Maintain customer interaction records and sales transaction data
- Convert Non-Transacting Agents (NTA) into active transacting agents
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless bookings and high customer satisfaction
