Who We’re Looking For:
An Inside Sales Executive with prior experience in WhatsApp API, SMS platforms, or SaaS-based communication tools. Someone who understands the product, pain-points of SMEs, and can close leads through consultative selling.
Responsibilities:
- Handle qualified inbound leads and convert them to paying clients
- Explain WhatsApp API features, pricing, and use-cases to businesses
- Manage the entire sales funnel — from demo to deal closing
- Maintain CRM updates and lead follow-ups
- Collaborate with onboarding & support team for smooth handover
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in WhatsApp API, bulk messaging, or similar SaaS products
- Strong knowledge of business messaging platforms
- Excellent communication in Hindi + English
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend best-fit solutions
- Prior experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, LeadSquared)
Salary & Perks:
