We are seeking a highly strategic and customer-focused industry and solution expert to join our Industry Business Unit (IBU) team. This role is responsible for driving global industry go-to-market strategy, scaling industry expertise, and serving as a trusted advisor for customers, partners, and various internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge with deep solution knowledge in the industry context (SAP Cloud ERP, SAP Project & Resource Management, SAP SuccessFactors and ideally also SAP Fieldglass) with proven experience in strategy execution, customer engagement, and ecosystem collaboration
What you’ll do
1. Industry Go-To-Market Strategy & Planning

- wn and execute the global industry strategy and business plan in alignment with end to end industry product managers. D
- evelop and implement industry GTM activities in alignment with global GTM priorities, demand generation plans with DG Hubs in key markets. S
- upport account planning for strategic customers and align with key partners on their GTM priorities. I
- dentify macro-level growth opportunities and industry trends to drive business outcomes.

- ct as a trusted advisor and global “blackbelt” industry expert for executive-level customer engagements. S
- ponsor strategic customer journeys to drive adoption and lifetime success. S
- ecure anchor deals and provide C-level support to strengthen customer satisfaction. D
- eliver industry-relevant assets (showcases, demos, references, prototypes, innovations). B
- uild and maintain critical global C-level contacts and relationships. B

What you bring

- 2+ years of experience in industry strategy, GTM planning, customer engagement, presales or consulting. S
- trong grip on core solutions with ability to do demos: SAP Cloud ERP, SAP Project & Resource Management, SuccessFactors and good grip on Fieldglass. P
- roven track record of working with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite across both customers and partners. S
- trong understanding of industry trends, digital transformation, and SaaS/cloud ecosystems. D
