About the Role:
We are inviting applications from enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals for the position of Industrial Trainee – IT Sector. This is a paid training opportunity designed to provide real-time exposure to software development, web technologies, and IT project workflows.
Trainees will work under the guidance of experienced mentors on live projects and gain skills aligned with current industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in software development, coding, and testing tasks
- Support web development, database management, or IT support teams
- Learn company-specific tools, tech stacks, and project management practices
- Participate in debugging, documentation, and deployment
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements
- Report progress and submit weekly learning updates
Eligibility Criteria:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc IT
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, or web frameworks is a plus
- Eager to learn, with a problem-solving attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
