Job Title: Sales Engineer / Technical Sales (Lubricants)
Experience: 3+ years (Mechanical Maintenance / Technical Services / Sales Engineering)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plant officials & teams.
- Achieve sales targets for lubricants (synthetics, premiums & greases) and ensure timely collections.
- Create new accounts and expand opportunities in existing customer sites.
- Follow sales pipeline process with Sales Advisors/Distributors to update opportunities.
- Present product benefits, conduct trainings, and use digital tools to engage customers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in industrial (cement, power, steel, etc.) or automotive applications.
- Lubricants industry experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Fresh graduates with strong learning aptitude may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
